Today kicks off a program that our church is doing called “You’ve Got the Time.” It is a MP3 CD to listen to the New Testament in 40 days, just 28 minutes a day. Imagine looking back and being able to say I have listened to the whole New Testament! That you have bathed yourself in the Word, the very Word of God. Matthew 4:4b was Jesus response to Satan when He was being tempted; “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Listening to the Word of God will put you on your way in being able to respond to life’s situations. Are you ready for just 28 minutes a day? If you are in 40 days you could listen to the whole New Testament.
