James 5:16-18 “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by a space of three years and six months.  And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.” Talk about amazing power!  Are you ready to see the power of God through prayer?  Make sure your faith is were it needs to be (James 5:15), confess to one another, pray for each other, and be righteous and upright in your doings (James5:16) then watch what God can do with your prayers.  Elias is an example of what God can do with the prayers of those totally sold out for him. So, are we as Christians going to settle for good or settle for the best things? Your behavior will give you away… are you confessing, praying, walking uprightly, and paying attention to your faith? Your faith will lead you, if you will listen. Because as a person believes in their heart…that is the way they act.
