I do not think that any of us want to anger our Lord. Yet as we see from Moses it is very possible to do. In Exodus 4, God spends time with Moses to give him reassurances (v1-9). In verses 10 and 13 Moses asks in a sense that God use someone else. This is the fifth time that Moses objects to being made the leader (Exodus 3- 4:13), and look what happens in verse 14a “And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses.”
Sometimes the Lord keeps giving us chances. He also reassures us. Yet He requests us to do as He has requested. When we say no to God, we run the risk of angering Him, as Moses did. Is God requesting you to do something? You might want to think twice before saying: “no”.
