I used to ask the Lord to give me a lot of faith, big faith, just a good measure of the stuff. Then I read Matther 17:20 where Jesus states “Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place: and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” It dawned on me how small a mustard seed is. I did some research and some are about 2mm in size. I thought to myself that is a mighty small seed to produce the mustard plant. That size of faith removes mountains, obstacles, and others. What in the world would I do with a large faith, say the size of a peach seed?? Lord, please just give me that little faith you spoke to your disciples about. I desire that little faith that is so mighty.
