When Christ was talking to the ruler of the synagogue; the man that He was about to raise his 12 year old daughter up, He said “Be not afraid, only believe.” I love how these few words show a sharp contrast between faith (believing) and fear. Mark 5:36 has shown me that when I fear, I have not the faith in the one who loves me so. Would join me in when ever fear overcomes you in checking your faith meter and seeing where it is? Jesus loves you so, rest in Him.
